The Russian president said that the Conflict in Ukraine is the result of the policies of third countries. Western countries have started the process of 'brainwashing' the states of the former Soviet Union from Ukraine.
"We have offered loans and cheap energy to Ukraine for years, but this move has not yielded any results," he said. In February this year, Russia launched a military operation against Ukraine, in which thousands of people have been killed so far.
